For the 2012 Season

Registration for our seminars is currently an 'off-line' process -
print the required form(s), then fax or mail them to us with your deposit.

Each seminar session has a different 'set' of forms, selections,
options, and choices we'll need from you.

June 2012 - San Mateo, California (West-Coast USA)
July 2012 - Charlotte, North Carolina (Mid-Atlantic USA)
August 2012 - New York City, New York (Northeast USA)

***   Please Note - For ALL Seminars   ***
We MUST receive your registration form, measurement/size charts,
size, color, & option choices, drawings, sketches, additional notes, etc.
by the posted Registration Deadline at the very latest!
But, the sooner the better - the more lead-time we have to prepare for you,
the better we'll be able to provide for your specific needs.
If we do not receive your required forms by the Registration Deadline,
we can only supply a 'generic' set of materials and sizes.
