The following information is for Special-Order Rhinestones listed on this page only:

10mm x 7mm stones must be ordered by the 1/2-Gross Pack for each color ordered.
16mm x 11mm stones must be ordered by the 1/2-Gross Pack for each color ordered.
24mm x 17mm stones must be ordered by the 24-Piece Pack for each color ordered.

Delivery time may range from a few weeks to several months, depending on availability from Swarovski USA. Please call, fax, or email for availability and estimated delivery information.
(It may take a week or longer for us to receive a response from Swarovski USA).

'Special-Order' rhinestones cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Special-Orders MUST be Paid in Advance.
Once paid and placed, your Special-Order CANNOT be cancelled or changed, regardless of circumstances - No Exceptions!
