'First-Time' New Users Our normal policy is to process a charge against your credit-card when we ship your order. But, when you submit a payment using PayPal, your payment is processed entirely by PayPal, and your credit-card (or checking account) is charged (debited) by PayPal as soon as you submit your payment. WE do not process the charge against your account - PayPal does. Your full payment will be charged by PayPal against the account you provided for payment, even if your order (or any item on your order) is back-ordered. Please Note: Since we do NOT receive your credit-card or checking-account details from PayPal,
we cannot add items to your order without first contacting you for credit-card information or sending you a PayPal 'Request for Funds'.
'Un-Registered' Users You do NOT need to establish an account or register with PayPal to use this service. But you should be aware that if we need to issue a refund or partial-refund, you may not receive it. E-Check Payments Although we do accept PayPal payments made with an E-Check, you should be aware these payments will take 4 to 10 days (or longer) to clear your checking account. Your order will not be shipped until we receive notification from PayPal that your E-Check payment has cleared from your account to ours. Using PayPal's 'Request for Funds' Feature Submit your order, we will verify the items, quantities-in-stock, prices, etc., then send you a PayPal 'Request for Funds' Invoice for the Total Order Amount.
