Tiaras - are typically open at the back.
They are intended to 'wrap' around the head and/or hair-style, and may include hair-combs to help with placement.
Crowns - the base forms a complete (closed) circle.
Crowns are intended to sit on top of the head or hair-style, or over a 'bun' (depending on size of the base).
Crowns may include combs, rings, loops, etc. to help with placement.
Comb Tiaras - are typically smaller than tiaras or crowns, and are intended to sit at the front, side, middle, or back of the head or hair-style.
Combs are just that - they are built on a comb to help with placement.
Please Note:
Like anything else with rhinestones and 'sparklies', these tiaras are almost impossible to photograph.
Which means the pictures presented here just don't show how incredibly gorgeous these tiaras really are!
